A family-built company with deep roots in Southwest Ontario
DLT Holdings was founded with a straightforward vision: develop quality land, build homes people are proud to live in, and hold them for the long term. We don't flip properties or sell units — we build and we keep.
Over more than three decades, we've grown from a single development to a portfolio spanning Aylmer, London, and St. Thomas — three communities we know deeply and care about genuinely.
Our focus on seniors came naturally. We saw a real need for dignified, accessible, one-floor living for people downsizing from family homes. No stairs. No hassle. Just comfortable, well-managed homes in familiar communities.
